PART-TIME – Administrative Assistant
Employment Opportunity (onsite)
The Administrative Assistant to the Life Connections/Ministry Support Division is responsible for functions that include data entry, coordination of large mail-outs, and drafting various correspondence. Assist and collaborate with pastors in preparation of funeral services and repass activities. The Administrative Assistant will serve in an administrative pool managed by the Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor and will be responsible for assisting with the receptionist function and other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION: High School Diplomas and at least three years of administrative experience. Must have good telephone and communications skills. This person must also possess basic computer skills and be proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint), and social media communication. Must possess strong organization, writing, and problem-solving skills. Individual needs to be able to multi-task and be self-motivated with a cheerful personality.
Must also possess a pleasant and personal demeanor to interact with the public and church members in a professional and Christian manner.
